Responsibilities

Develop and manage scoped ServiceNow applications, including design, packaging, lifecycle management, and production delivery.
Create and debug Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Flow Designer flows, and legacy workflows.
Design ACLs and security controls at the table, field, and record levels.
Build Scripted REST APIs and inbound/outbound REST and SOAP integrations using MID Server, HTTP, and IntegrationHub.
Develop custom IntegrationHub spokes, actions, step configurations, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Deploy, troubleshoot, and manage MID Server architecture and ECC queues.
Develop Service Portal widgets and configure Service Catalog, UI Builder, and Next Experience workspaces.
Use ServiceNow Studio, Git-backed development, ATF, Update Sets, and environment promotion practices.

5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform across multiple releases.
Deep expertise in scoped application development, including design, packaging, and lifecycle management.
Fluency with GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAjax, and GlideAggregate server-side APIs.
Experience with Scripted REST APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API key authentication patterns.
CSA and CAD certifications are required.
Demonstrated delivery of at least two full-cycle custom application builds from requirements through production.
Store-ready or internal app delivery, SAP JCo or JDBC connectors, Service Portal widgets, AngularJS, UI Builder, ServiceNow Studio, Git, ATF, and domain certifications are preferred.
Experience across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or SecOps modules is preferred depending on organizational focus.
