Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance backends using Python and FastAPI.
- Integrate and maximize the capabilities of Anthropic Claude models through complex prompt engineering.
- Build advanced RAG architectures and connect LLMs to enterprise databases and APIs.
- Apply clean-code, security, maintainability, and performance standards to code produced by people or AI.
- Automate low-value tasks and use AI to improve software delivery and problem solving.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with the Anthropic API and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge of DevOps and cloud practices.
- Strong focus on software architecture, clean code, security, maintainability, and performance.
