Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact software projects.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Lead zero-to-one agentic initiatives from concept through compelling prototypes.
- Build end-to-end agentic experiences covering agent design, tool surfaces, state, streaming, and frontend experiences.
- Set the direction and quality bar for AI-native user experiences and shape emerging interaction patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing and launching software products.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
