Base Salary

$140k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy scalable AI-driven products for clinical trials and patient outcomes.
  • Develop machine learning models and LLM-powered agents for patient recruitment, enrollment forecasting, and study feasibility.
  • Expand AI knowledge-base architecture and integrate AI capabilities into Care Access products and clinical research workflows.
  • Build data pipelines and deploy models at scale using cloud tools, MLOps practices, monitoring, and automation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, designers, engineers, and clinical domain experts.
  • Stay current with ML and AI developments and turn promising prototypes into production features.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production at scale.
  • Proficiency in Python and its machine learning ecosystem, including pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience working with large datasets, writing complex SQL queries, and using modern data processing frameworks.
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure and containerization tools such as Docker.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, statistical modeling, model training and evaluation, feature engineering, NLP, and large language models.
  • Ability to implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion through model serving for real-world applications.
  • Experience with Clojure is preferred but not required.
