Responsibilities
- Build testing, evaluation, and feedback platforms for Generative AI products.
- Develop full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Build scalable APIs, backend services, and data pipelines.
- Design data models and frameworks to measure AI quality and performance.
- Create dashboards and visualizations that turn data into actionable insights.
- Analyze AI performance and identify opportunities to improve quality.
- Own features from concept and design through production.
- Influence architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards.
- Build with security, resilience, quality, and regulatory compliance in mind.
- Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and help raise engineering standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience building and deploying production full-stack applications.
- Excellent Python and TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
- Strong data engineering, analytics, and problem-solving experience.
- Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks, ideally React.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience, ideally PostgreSQL.
- Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized environments.
- Strong understanding of automated testing and engineering best practices.
- Experience with data visualization, analytics, or experimentation.
- Technical leadership, strong ownership, and a track record of delivering impact.
- Desirable experience includes GenAI or LLM evaluation, AI safety, prompt engineering, experimentation frameworks, Airflow, or Dagster.
