Base Salary
$153k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evaluate the implementation of cybersecurity controls.
- Implement cybersecurity embedded operating systems, networking, and cryptographic controls.
- Conduct process activities to define requirements and verify product cybersecurity posture.
- Collaborate with product development teams to embed security into design and development.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and update security strategies.
- Liaise with external security vendors and manage relationships.
- Prepare and present cybersecurity evidence for product launches.
- Train internal stakeholders on security practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with safety-critical, cyber-physical systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles for embedded and autonomous systems.
- Demonstrated experience with embedded operating systems and networking.
- Proficiency in recognizing software/hardware security vulnerabilities.
