Responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and understand business requirements.
- Design and implement ergonomic, responsive, and accessible application interfaces.
- Recommend software components and determine which application developments are required.
- Participate in technical design and specifications, including technology stack selection, component organization, and project structure.
- Verify the overall consistency of solutions with architects and other teams.
- Act as a technical reference for teams in relevant areas of expertise.
- Provide technical supervision and support to more junior profiles.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams on delivery engagements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in lead development assignments in the relevant Microsoft environment.
- Expertise in the Microsoft environment, including .NET 8, .NET Core, and Azure.
- Previous experience working on fixed-price project engagements.
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience with junior profiles.
- Autonomy, methodological rigor, organizational skills, teamwork, and strong interpersonal abilities.
