Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and code review leadership.
- Develop and maintain full-stack software with a strong React and TypeScript frontend focus.
- Design and integrate backend APIs while addressing performance, security, maintainability, and documentation.
- Build and integrate AI-driven features into products using modern model tooling.
- Develop Python services and workloads for AI and data use cases.
- Create and support data pipelines, data models, analytics, and feature engineering for structured and unstructured data.
- Support CI/CD automation, environment management, observability, build and release processes, and reliability.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, delivery, and stakeholder teams.
Requirements
- Strong senior full-stack engineering capability with a strong frontend foundation in React and TypeScript.
- Strong backend engineering skills, including API design, integration, performance, and security.
- AI/ML engineering skills for building and integrating AI-driven product features, ideally with practical experience using modern model tooling.
- DevOps capability covering CI/CD automation, environment management, observability, build, release, and reliability.
- Python development experience, especially for AI and data workloads and services.
- Strong data experience including data pipelines, data modelling, analytics, feature engineering, and structured and unstructured data.
- Ability to provide technical direction, mentor colleagues, lead code reviews, and promote sound engineering practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, delivery, and stakeholder teams.
