Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive quality engineering, exploratory testing, and test automation for mobile, web, and API applications.
- Create automated in-sprint test scenarios and perform manual integration and end-to-end testing.
- Develop complex test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test cases across testing phases.
- Promote adoption of quality engineering, performance engineering, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and collaboration services.
- Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders to support changing product roadmaps and customer experience goals.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining aggressive test schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience with exposure to software development and testing concepts.
- Required experience with web GUI and user-experience testing, including Selenium automation.
- Desired experience with web-service testing using REST and SOAP.
- Knowledge of Java, Spring, JUnit, Eclipse IDE, Rest Assured, Appium, JBehave or Cucumber, databases, APIs, SQL, UNIX/Linux, and CI tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Knowledge of vulnerability tools such as Sonar, Checkmarx, or Fortify.
- Experience creating and implementing complex test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test cases with emphasis on integration and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of cross-browser testing practices, software testing standards, methods, and conventions.
- Experience with life-cycle management tools such as Rally or Jira and with agile and waterfall delivery.
- Exposure to cloud concepts including infrastructure-as-code and platform-as-a-service is desirable.
- Payments-domain knowledge, including message flows, architecture, design patterns, ISO message protocols, EMV standards, mobile payments, and simulation or emulation tools, is highly desirable.
- Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and collaborate with business and technology audiences.
