Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Evaluate model performance and apply optimization strategies for specific applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document methodologies and results to support knowledge sharing and future development.
- Work independently as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members with technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, API Management, Large Language Models, Python frameworks, Agentic AI, and prompt engineering.
- Strong experience fine-tuning and adapting large-scale language models for specific applications.
- Familiarity with model evaluation techniques and performance optimization strategies.
- Ability to work with Python-based machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Understanding of natural language processing concepts and their practical implementation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
