Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Azure integration solutions.
- Translate business requirements into integration architecture.
- Provide direction on solution design, implementation, and best practices.
- Lead a small to mid-sized team of developers and provide mentoring.
- Act as a technical lead and escalation point for complex issues.
- Run technical workshops and advise clients on Azure integration approaches.
- Build and support key integration components hands-on.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Azure integration experience.
- GOV UK security clearance.
- Experience leading or mentoring developers.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, including microservices, event-driven, and serverless approaches.
- Experience contributing to solution design and architecture.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Working toward or holding Azure certifications.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot and modern developer tooling.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Durable Functions, Azure Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid or Event Hub, REST APIs, .NET with C#, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of secure application design.
