Base Salary
$107k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research and implement scalable machine learning, generative AI, and agentic systems that meet client business requirements.
- Design, build, deploy, evaluate, monitor, and maintain production AI and machine learning solutions.
- Enhance data pipelines and storage to improve data accuracy, cleanliness, and learning performance.
- Optimize models and learning processes, including retraining and feedback-loop methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance, communicate complex findings, and collaborate with clients and diverse global teams.
- Track project deliverables and support the delivery of innovative AI solutions across varied technology environments.
- Travel as needed for regular external client engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–6 years of full-time working experience in AI and/or machine learning.
- Strong Python skills and experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
- Experience with foundation models, generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, natural language processing, deep learning, and ML packages such as scikit-learn and PyTorch.
- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, ML workflows, model evaluation, observability, monitoring, reporting, and model retraining.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and analytical solution deployment and scaling.
- Understanding of data structures, Responsible AI practices, data modeling, software engineering best practices, mathematics, statistics, and operations research.
- Proficiency with SQL, Pandas, and Spark.
- Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, collaboration, and client relationship skills, with willingness to travel.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physical sciences, or another quantitative field.
- Preferred: experience fine-tuning generative AI models and working with image, speech, or audio processing.
- Preferred: proficiency in R, JavaScript, Java, C++, or C and experience working with diverse teams and hybrid collaboration.
