Responsibilities
- Define and drive the System of Work technology strategy and standards across TDI Operations & Planning.
- Design and architect scalable, integrated solutions to simplify workflows within TDI.
- Establish technology governance and best practices aligned with organizational standards.
- Anticipate future business needs and adapt platform architecture accordingly.
- Champion an AI-first mindset to simplify complex processes and reduce manual work.
- Implement AI-driven analytics to surface actionable intelligence from operational data.
- Build self-service, AI-enhanced capabilities for stakeholders.
- Design and implement reporting and analytics frameworks across various domains.
- Build advanced dashboards for real-time visibility into program health and performance.
- Establish data governance standards across TDI's multi-system environment.
- Build dashboards to monitor AI tool spend, usage, and ROI.
- Implement cost optimization strategies for AI investments.
- Partner with finance and business leaders on AI budgeting and cost-benefit analysis.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in application development or solution architecture with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in defining and executing technology strategies within operational functions.
- Track record of leading initiatives that simplify complex processes across teams.
- Experience managing multi-system environments and driving efficiency improvements.
- Expert-level knowledge of Atlassian platform architecture.
- Experience with data integration, analytics platforms, and business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of AI token consumption models and emerging technology pricing structures.
- Demonstrated ability to identify AI opportunities for process simplification.
- Experience evaluating and scaling AI tools in operational environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS cost optimization and financial management.
