Responsibilities
- Develop relatively complex software features with support from senior engineers during AgileDev engagements.
- Address defects and enhancement requests while delivering assigned stories by the end of each sprint.
- Collaborate in Agile delivery by raising concerns, identifying blockers, advancing best practices, and mentoring peers and junior team members.
- Build capability across user interfaces, REST APIs, and database, cloud, or server administration.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders during sprint planning to finalize and document technical approaches and user-story subtasks.
- Ensure the team understands acceptance criteria, track daily progress, reduce QA kickbacks, and identify opportunities to improve capacity and velocity.
- Coordinate technical work, priorities, team allocation, risks, and client communication while helping prevent technical debt.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in at least two areas: attractive user interfaces, data-driven REST APIs, or administration of databases, cloud, and servers.
- 5-8+ years of professional experience with relevant technologies and projects, including adherence to best practices and experience applying DevOps practices.
- Experience building interactive, responsive interfaces with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience building .NET applications and server-side applications with C#.
- Experience creating secure, efficient RESTful APIs and working with SQL Server.
- Experience integrating frontend and backend components and understanding application architecture for full-stack applications.
- Experience collaborating with client stakeholders during sprint planning and documenting technical approaches.
- Experience understanding and articulating the business outcomes affected by development projects.
- Relevant education may include intensive programs, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to align with the company’s stated values and communicate which value best matches prior experience.
