Responsibilities
- Develop automated business workflows using Power Automate.
- Design and build custom applications with Power Apps.
- Build custom agents and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Implement and manage data structures using Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.
- Develop SharePoint Framework web parts and extensions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Power BI, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other applications.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, APIs, and web services.
- Manage governance policies, environment management, ALM, solution packaging, and deployment pipelines.
- Build secure, responsive portals using Power Pages.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, and resolve defects.
- Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and user guides.
- Train end users and provide ongoing technical support.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant experience.
- BE/B.Tech or MCA degree.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework, JSON, Power Fx, JavaScript, PowerShell, basic SQL, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online administration, including sites, lists, and libraries.
- Understanding of model-driven architecture, plug-ins, and business rules.
- Familiarity with ALM, solution packaging, and environment strategy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work in Agile environments.
- Microsoft Certification: Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) is preferred.
- Exposure to AI-enhanced tools such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio is preferred.
