Base Salary
$185k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional initiatives spanning the entire stack.
- Define and drive the full-stack technical roadmap and architectural strategy.
- Serve as the primary technical decision-maker for cross-stack architecture.
- Identify systemic technical debt and lead initiatives to address them.
- Elevate the engineering organization through technical mentorship.
- Partner with executive leadership and other teams to influence product strategy.
- Establish metrics and processes to improve code quality and developer experience.
- Build and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing systems.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience with expertise in both frontend and backend.
- Expert-level mastery of HTML/CSS and modern TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Deep expertise in modern React and the broader frontend ecosystem.
- Expert-level mastery of Elixir and OTP.
- Experience designing and evolving large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of establishing comprehensive testing strategies.
- Extensive experience with component libraries and design systems.
- U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
