Responsibilities
- Analyze LLM behavior and design test scenarios for accurate, coherent, and safe AI responses.
- Execute functional and automated tests on conversational flows and APIs.
- Structure validation routines for generative models, mitigating hallucinations and ensuring business-context alignment.
- Identify integration anomalies, document issues, and collaborate with engineers on corrections and improvements.
- Evaluate usability and response times of AI-powered customer journeys.
- Validate integrations and data traffic through RESTful API testing.
Requirements
- Practical experience creating and executing functional, exploratory, and regression tests for complex software flows.
- Hands-on experience automating tests with frameworks such as Cypress or Robot Framework.
- Ability to translate expected AI and LLM behavior into rigorous test scripts and scenarios.
- Experience testing RESTful APIs with tools such as Postman.
- Fluency with generative AI and modern tools such as GitHub Copilot for script creation and diagnosis.
- Practical experience with cloud environments and querying relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience working in agile environments and aligning technically with multiple stakeholders.
