Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage complex Linux server and enterprise infrastructure projects.
- Lead system hardening, security, and compliance initiatives across Linux environments.
- Build and optimize automation and CI/CD pipelines using Ansible, Azure DevOps, Packer, Python, and YAML.
- Design and implement cloud architecture solutions integrating legacy, mainframe, and on-premises systems with modern cloud platforms.
- Refactor legacy code and applications for integration with modern cloud and mobile applications.
- Mentor engineering team members, lead technical projects, share knowledge, and present technical strategies to stakeholders.
Requirements
- In-depth hands-on experience planning, implementing, and managing complex Linux server environments and enterprise infrastructure.
- Expertise with Ansible Automation, Azure CI/CD pipelines, Packer, and Python and YAML scripting.
- Demonstrated experience leading system hardening, security best practices, and compliance initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of cloud solutions, cloud architecture, and integration of legacy or on-premises systems with modern cloud platforms.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Preferred active Red Hat or Microsoft Azure certifications, including RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA EX467, AZ-400, or AZ-304/AZ-305.
- Experience mentoring engineering team members, leading end-to-end technical projects, and fostering knowledge sharing.
