Responsibilities
- Implement and test C++ software running on embedded Linux systems.
- Write Python scripts to investigate and resolve issues.
- Work with testing infrastructure to ensure fixes remain stable.
Requirements
- Be a graduate student or recent graduate in Computer Science or a related field.
- Be available for a minimum of 10 weeks, with 1–2 terms preferred.
- Have demonstrated experience on hardware/software projects outside of coursework.
- Be proficient in C++ and Python.
- Have a strong understanding of Linux.
- Have solid knowledge of computer architecture and networking protocols.
- Bonus: experience with Bazel, familiarity with timing-sensitive environments, knowledge of shared memory and lock-free systems, or exposure to TypeScript.
Benefits
- Winter 2027 internship with a minimum 10-week commitment and 1–2 terms preferred.
- Requires 5 days per week of in-office collaboration in San Jose, California.
- US base pay is listed at $40–$45 per hour; additional compensation or benefits may apply depending on the role.
