Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and lead robust frontend frameworks and backend services with end-to-end ownership of critical cross-functional components.
- Define technical strategy and scalable system architectures for enterprise SaaS products.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks across the stack.
- Mentor senior and principal engineers, lead cross-team code reviews, and establish engineering quality and performance standards.
- Guide technical policies and principles, optimize code and architecture, and translate complex requirements into maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps and influence stakeholders to drive cross-organizational technical alignment.
- Take ultimate accountability for methods, procedures, and results affecting the engineering function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of professional software development experience; the requirement is reduced to 8 years with a Master's degree or 5 years with a PhD.
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Python, and RESTful APIs.
- Deep experience with microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional technical architecture end-to-end.
- Strong record of mentoring senior engineers and leading technical standards across teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile product development, object-oriented programming fundamentals, and data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred experience with agentic or AI-powered platform engineering, manufacturing or supply chain SaaS, and AI governance, evaluation, or observability.
