Responsibilities
- Build workflows and playbooks tailored for support operations.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripts and LLM-powered flows.
- Implement governance and evaluation processes for incident management.
- Prototype solutions quickly using tools like ChatGPT and Jupyter notebooks.
- Establish data pipelines to capture customer insights and trends.
- Identify risks during tool rollouts and propose effective solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building tools for internal teams, especially in customer support.
- Experience shipping or maintaining tools that scale beyond a single team.
- Proficient in using ChatGPT and LLMs for rapid development.
- Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about customer advocacy and translating feedback into insights.
- Strong bias for automation and efficiency in work processes.
