Base Salary
$216k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own, plan, and optimize AI solutions for enterprise customers.
- Leverage the Scale Generative Platform to build advanced AI agents.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with customer teams both onsite and virtually.
- Push production code and debug in customer and Scale's codebases.
- Multi-task and quickly learn new technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-time engineering experience post-graduation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep familiarity with data-driven approaches in machine learning.
- Experience with cloud technology stacks like AWS or GCP.
- Proficiency in Python and common libraries such as numpy and pandas.
