Responsibilities
- Lead the development and testing of system components/services, code and design reviews.
- Shape the architecture of our product.
- Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment.
- Mentor other engineers, support the technical culture, and help grow the team.
- Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.
- Communicate with project leads, product managers, and other software developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
- 8+ years of programming experience on a modern stack.
- Strong backend expertise in Java, Kotlin, or Scala, with experience in frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Full-stack experience across multi-channel products, including frontend (React, TypeScript) or infrastructure (Kafka, CI/CD).
- Willingness to collaborate and drive projects from inception to completion.
- Affinity for solving problems and shipping impactful features.
- Experience working in a collaborative coding environment, specifically with git.
