Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across the full stack — frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Write clean, tested code that is understandable and maintainable by other engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to influence product development.
- Engage directly with customer feedback to shape your perspective on the product.
- Continuously improve your craft with access to advanced tooling, including AI coding assistants.
Requirements
- 1-4+ years of experience building customer-facing software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong development experience with modern, strongly-typed programming languages such as Java, C#, TypeScript, or Go.
- Proficient with SQL databases and relational schema design.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot and React/Redux is a plus.
- Experience deploying software in distributed environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- A full-stack, can-learn mindset willing to work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the humility to seek, receive, and incorporate feedback.
