Responsibilities
- Design and implement production AI features powered by LLMs.
- Develop high-performance data pipelines, APIs, and microservices.
- Execute Proof-of-Concepts for new AI technologies.
- Build responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
- Ensure observability and operational excellence for AI services.
- Drive architectural decisions and system optimizations.
- Mentor fellow engineers on Applied AI best practices.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Experience with observability practices for LLM systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relational databases.
- Deep understanding of modern service design principles.
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing data-intensive applications.
- History of mentoring engineers and driving technical best practices.
- Strong background in performance optimization and security best practices.
