Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize sourcing queries and detection workflows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and platform gaps.
- Analyze trends across alerts and customer environments for platform improvements.
- Support onboarding and ongoing detection workflows for select customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or threat intelligence.
- Strong ability to support customer requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Experience with detection methodology is helpful but not required.
