Base Salary
$75k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize sourcing queries, collection methods, enrichment logic, and detection workflows across available data sources and platform capabilities.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback, emerging threat patterns, and platform gaps.
- Analyze recurring trends across alerts, escalations, and customer environments to inform scalable platform and process improvements.
- Support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing detection workflows for select customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering or threat intelligence.
- Strong ability to support customer requests and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Experience with detection methodology is helpful but not required.
- Thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving.
