Responsibilities
- Own the technical aspects of delivering media, web, and security solutions, including design, testing, and go-live.
- Provide proactive technical consulting services and deliver value during customer engagements.
- Lead end-to-end customer projects through implementation and sign-off as the technical expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during customer implementations.
- Innovate and continuously improve internal methodologies and processes.
Requirements
- Have two years of relevant experience and a high school diploma through bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Have experience with internet technologies and an understanding of IP networks, DNS, routing, and communication protocols.
- Have experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Have experience in a technical customer-facing role and an interest in delivering consulting services.
- Have scripting experience with Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
- Demonstrate proactive working habits, urgency, willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
