Responsibilities
- Learn to articulate the value of Metronome in solving customer challenges.
- Assist in planning and executing customized product demos for various buyer personas.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospect challenges.
- Travel to meet prospects and participate in workshops and conferences.
- Run Proofs of Concept with defined success criteria.
- Represent the Solutions Engineering team in deal discussions.
- Design integrations of Metronome into prospect systems.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in technical or customer-facing roles involving SaaS products.
- Strong passion for tackling challenges and completing tasks.
- Growth mindset to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in building and improving go-to-market processes.
