Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders in strategic accounts.
- Develop account plans that align Supabase capabilities with customer objectives.
- Ensure system performance and reliability for customers operating at scale.
- Lead architectural reviews and optimize Postgres performance for accounts.
- Guide customers through enterprise security and compliance requirements.
- Manage large-scale migrations from various source systems to Postgres and Supabase.
- Translate technical outcomes into business impact for executive stakeholders.
- Advocate for customer needs and feedback within Supabase.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Database Engineering.
- Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and schema design.
- Experience leading complex database migrations from various source systems.
- Familiarity with AI application architecture and vector databases is a plus.
- Experience with high-throughput, high-availability systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance requirements.
- Strong background in web application development with familiarity in Python, C#, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
