Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key and strategic Nebius GPU Cloud customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AI/ML issues.
- Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads and ensure integration and scalability.
- Partner with sales to identify opportunities, promote products, and deliver technical presentations.
- Bridge customer needs and product teams by providing feedback and relaying feature requests.
- Engage stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and drive alignment to resolve customer challenges.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Python programming.
- Strong understanding of GPU computing, ML training and inference workloads, and GPU stacks such as CUDA and OpenCL.
- Ability to build trusted customer relationships and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks such as Slurm or Kubeflow is preferred.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is preferred.
- Familiarity with ML tools from NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is preferred.
- Strong project management, mentoring, team-growth, and stakeholder-negotiation skills are preferred.
