Responsibilities
- Partner with 3–4 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities.
- Guide customers through Webflow evaluations while aligning solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
- Deliver product demonstrations that communicate Webflow’s value for customer objectives and challenges.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials when appropriate.
- Represent customer needs to influence short- and long-term product direction.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and travel up to 25%.
Requirements
- Require 3–5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
- Use a consultative approach and help customers solve problems creatively, including with AI where appropriate.
- Demonstrate strong storytelling in discovery and product demonstrations.
- Understand APIs and web programming languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Have strong written, visual, verbal, coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment and remain open to growth and emerging technologies.
