Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud using native healthcare data models and capabilities.
  • Run discovery and design sessions with payer, provider, medtech, distribution, and pharma stakeholders.
  • Create data model mappings, object and field designs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and formal design sign-off artifacts.
  • Design compliant solutions addressing PHI, HIPAA, BAAs, encryption, consent, sharing, and audit requirements.
  • Shape end-to-end architecture and integration patterns with Data 360, Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, ARM, MuleSoft, EHRs, claims platforms, billing systems, and order systems.
  • Translate functional designs for technical architects, developers, Data 360 specialists, and Agentforce specialists; review configuration and support UAT and deployment gates.
  • Define client and NeuraFlash responsibilities for data access, subject-matter expertise, environments, and compliance approvals.
  • Build Health practice reference architectures, reusable patterns, scoping calculators, SOW templates, and enablement materials.
  • Support pre-sales through discovery calls, solution shaping, demos, and estimates.
  • Coach functional and technical team members on Health Cloud and healthcare operating environments.
  • Stay current on Salesforce Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and Industries releases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or business analysis, including 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud design and delivery.
  • Experience delivering at least two full-lifecycle Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
  • Direct healthcare industry experience in payer, provider or IDN, medical device or distribution, or pharma environments.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare funding, regulation, CMS reimbursement, payer-provider dynamics, and member and patient journeys.
  • Practical understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling, BAAs, data models, sharing, encryption, consent, and audit.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud features including Person Accounts, Care Programs, Care Plans, Provider and Payer models, benefits verification, referrals, Utilization Management, and Intelligent Document Processing.
  • Ability to lead discovery workshops, facilitate design decisions with senior stakeholders, and document decisions through sign-off.
  • Experience integrating healthcare systems of record such as Epic or comparable EHRs, HL7/FHIR systems, claims or core administration platforms, billing systems, or order systems, typically through MuleSoft or an equivalent.
  • Ability to connect solution outcomes to business value through clear storytelling.
  • Comfort with flow-charting and data-modeling tools such as Lucidchart and with agile delivery.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional and Application or Solution Architect credentials.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Industries or OmniStudio experience; Data 360, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or comparable CDP and generative-AI platform experience in healthcare.
  • Preferred: Life Sciences Cloud or Veeva CRM experience and knowledge of Veeva-to-Life Sciences Cloud migrations.
  • Preferred: Service Cloud Voice, Field Service, or Revenue Cloud / Asset Revenue Management experience in medtech or distribution.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with payer distribution channels and integrated delivery networks.
  • Preferred: Experience establishing a practice, competency, or center of excellence at a consulting partner.
