Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise accounts through evaluation, onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead technical discovery and translate customer requirements into practical AI cloud architectures.
- Design solutions across the Nebius product portfolio with attention to enterprise value.
- Deliver architecture workshops, executive briefings, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical enablement sessions.
- Develop reference architectures, deployment patterns, and infrastructure-as-code examples for production adoption.
- Build business cases and coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Experience on complex engagements.
- Represent enterprise customer feedback internally to inform product priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, cloud architecture, platform engineering, systems engineering, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- Proven experience supporting enterprises and understanding how they evaluate, purchase, govern, deploy, and expand strategic technology platforms.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and executive communication skills.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure, compute and orchestration, storage, networking, security, identity, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of enterprise AI adoption and large-scale training and inference workloads.
- Willingness to travel as customer and business needs require.
- Preferred qualifications include production GPU or accelerated-computing experience, CUDA or high-performance computing experience, Terraform or Ansible, Kubernetes, Python, GPU software stack knowledge, and experience evaluating total cost of ownership for large-scale compute or GPU workloads.
