Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance, troubleshooting, and platform support to partner customers.
- Lead complex technical implementations involving configuration, integrations, deployment architecture, and onboarding strategies.
- Manage escalated support engagements and guide partners toward scalable, reliable platform operations.
- Collaborate with Partner Success Managers, TAMs, engineering, product, and support teams.
- Advocate for product enhancements and represent partner technical needs in product and strategic planning forums.
- Create technical playbooks, documentation, training, and enablement content.
- Mentor Implementation Engineers and lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Lead executive business reviews and support partner adoption strategies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a related customer-facing technical role.
- Strong expertise diagnosing and resolving complex issues involving integrations, APIs, configuration, and deployment environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, influence stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to travel up to 20% regionally, with some international travel potentially required.
