Responsibilities
- Partner with 2–3 Account Executives to support multiple active enterprise customer opportunities and ensure on-time solution delivery.
- Guide customers through Webflow evaluations by aligning the platform with their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct technical discovery, solution design, validation, and business case development.
- Deliver product demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and trials that communicate Webflow’s customer value.
- Represent the customer voice to influence short- and long-term product direction.
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and travel up to 25%.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Consultative approach with strong problem-solving and customer-focus skills.
- Strong storytelling, discovery, presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coach, work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and build customer trust.
- Comfort with using AI to automate routine tasks and applying emerging technologies.
