Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core machine learning platform functions for data processing, feature engineering, model training, model insights, and model deployment.
- Build efficient and scalable data-processing and computing processes to improve platform stability and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand requirements and provide tools and technical support.
- Work with system administrators and software engineers to integrate the platform with other systems.
- Manage and monitor machine learning platform operations and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools and recommend platform improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python and Golang.
- In-depth understanding of distributed computing and large-scale data-processing principles and technologies.
- Familiarity with open-source tools and frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
