Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize PHP-based web solutions for the IoT platform.
- Implement and integrate the CodeIgniter framework for robust development.
- Improve application speed, scalability, user experience, responsive behavior, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with IoT teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex PHP-related issues.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and guide them on PHP development best practices.
- Document and maintain development processes for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Stay current with PHP and web development trends and best practices.
- Work independently while managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of PHP development experience focused on web-based product development.
- Expertise in PHP frameworks, particularly CodeIgniter.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, LoRaWAN, and STOMP is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Angular is an additional asset.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- A portfolio showcasing PHP-based projects is highly beneficial.
