Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and solutions architect for strategic partners.
- Design and prototype proof-of-concept solutions for partners.
- Collaborate with partner engineering teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Represent the technical voice of partners internally to influence product priorities.
- Support escalations for complex integrations and provide actionable direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience with a track record of owning technical projects.
- Hands-on coding expertise in modern programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
- Effective communicator with experience presenting technical ideas to stakeholders.
