Base Salary
$157k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming integration issues using modern frameworks and tooling.
- Own the support experience for complex integration tickets and coach the team on best practices.
- Act as a technical bridge between support and Customer Success, providing proactive updates.
- Build and maintain internal knowledge bases and troubleshooting documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers to impact customer security positively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering.
- At least 2+ years supporting enterprise customers through integration implementation.
- Strong technical communication skills for explaining complex issues.
- Experience in an on-call rotation considering customer experience throughout the SDLC.
- Deep troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred for communication with Spanish-speaking teams.
