Base Salary
$131k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration, sustainment, automation, and operational support of enterprise ServiceNow capabilities.
- Design, develop, implement, maintain, test, deploy, and troubleshoot system interfaces and application integrations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Splunk, Tableau, CMDBs, and other mission or operational systems.
- Develop automated processes and integration solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Analyze application, data, interface, and operational dependencies and develop practical engineering solutions.
- Acquire, transform, integrate, and present data from multiple enterprise sources.
- Coordinate with government organizations, FFRDCs, SETA contractors, service providers, and technical stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate technical, integration, and operational risks across the application lifecycle.
- Support development and deployment environments, automated release processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain technical documentation, engineering artifacts, and recommendations for modernization and operational decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 10+ years of experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, managing, integrating, troubleshooting, or sustaining enterprise application integrations.
- Strong understanding of application interfaces, APIs, system-to-system communication, data exchange, and enterprise data flows.
- Experience developing or implementing automation solutions and using at least one of Linux Shell, Windows PowerShell, or Python.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines across application development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, evaluate dependencies, and develop integration solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow, especially MID Server integrations, enterprise integrations, workflows, Service Portal capabilities, and CMDB concepts.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Splunk, Tableau, CMDBs, and other enterprise data sources or applications.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, data visualizations, or analytical products.
- Experience supporting data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, enterprise modernization, digital transformation, or AI/ML integration initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working with government customers, FFRDCs, SETA organizations, or mission partners.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and U.S. citizenship are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with government customers, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
Benefits
- Pay range is $131,300.00-$237,350.00 annually.
- The position supports an upcoming multi-year program in Chantilly, Virginia.
