$200k - $276k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and build user-facing ML features using LLMs and generative AI.
Collaborate with product, design, and ML research to deliver high-impact experiences.
Own the technical architecture and implementation strategy for applied ML systems.
Build scalable services and APIs to present model outputs to users.
Ensure ML deployments meet safety, fairness, and performance standards.
Establish best practices for prompt design, model evaluation, and experimentation.

4+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years on ML-driven products.
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across engineering, product, and research.
Strong backend development skills, particularly in Python with FastAPI or Flask.
Experience integrating LLMs or ML models into production systems.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Ability to think rigorously about system design and user impact.
