Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and review full-stack code that meets performance, reliability, security, and testability standards.
- Contribute to system design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Build robust automated tests to ensure fast, reliable, and fearless deployments.
- Contribute to LLM-powered features and partnership integrations.
- Bridge the gap between technical complexity and business goals through clear communication.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive team discussions to refine work processes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on development experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Java, Scala, Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience with Git, observability tools, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in plain language.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and taking ownership of work.
