Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer teams to understand business functions, constraints, and operational processes before designing solutions.
- Rebuild business functions from first principles alongside customers and a Forward Deployed Executive, then implement the resulting systems.
- Ship production GenAI/LLM systems and deliver Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activation engagements.
- Own engagements autonomously from problem framing through production deployment and evaluate whether systems work using appropriate measurements.
- Help enterprise customers adopt AI from strategy through first deployment and contribute tooling and frameworks to the AI delivery practice.
- Participate in pre-sales conversations, scoping discussions, and redesign conversations with senior business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of software development experience, with substantial accountability for production code and continued hands-on engineering.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar business functions quickly and spend meaningful time understanding a customer’s work before coding.
- Production experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems, including handling post-prototype operational challenges.
- Experience building or owning evaluation suites for non-deterministic systems and explaining evaluation measurements.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Cloud-native AWS delivery experience, including operational ownership of systems inherited by others; GCP or Azure experience is a plus.
- Pre-sales experience and credibility with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, including skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, or custom harnesses.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes or ECS, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform, open-source contributions, or public writing on applied AI.
