Responsibilities
- Design and develop frontend and backend components for scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- Own the end-to-end software lifecycle, including system design, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Drive automation across system setup, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and operational processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, technical debt, and architectural gaps, and lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make architecture and engineering decisions based on technical, product, and operational trade-offs.
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, Security, and global stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Establish reusable patterns, frameworks, and tooling; conduct code reviews and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience building modern web applications and distributed systems.
- Strong expertise across both frontend and backend engineering with a T-shaped profile.
- Frontend experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and PrimeVue.js.
- Backend experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of modular architecture, API design, and microservices; Domain-Driven Design is a plus.
- Working knowledge of AWS, deployment strategies, monitoring, logging, observability, authentication, authorization, and secure coding.
- Experience contributing to performance optimization, DevOps, security, test automation, and platform architecture.
- Experience with Git, Gradle, Maven, GitLab CI/CD, Jira, and Confluence.
- Nice-to-have experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, Docker, Linux environments, AI/ML integrations, ERP systems, ERP APIs, and supply chain workflows.
- Strong analytical, systems-thinking, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and cross-cultural relationship-building skills.
