Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Use Claude Code to implement new platform features and functions.
- Translate product requirements and design specifications into clean, production-ready code.
- Review and refine AI-generated code for correctness, performance, maintainability, and security.
- Use AI to write and update automated tests for new functionality.
- Participate in asynchronous code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Document new features, APIs, and architectural decisions.
- Identify technical debt and gaps and surface them to the team.
- Work independently, manage time effectively, and meet milestones.
- Lead technical discussions and collaborate with stakeholders across levels.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience shipping features on fast-moving platforms.
- Demonstrated experience working with Claude Code.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and context-window management.
- Experience building on the Anthropic API or integrating LLMs into production applications.
- Familiarity with agentic workflow patterns and tool-use APIs.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous patterns, and modern web architecture.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively.
