Responsibilities
- Design, build, customize, and deliver reliable Salesforce and CRM software solutions and integrations.
- Improve system performance, reliability, maintainability, code quality, and delivery processes.
- Break down complex or ambiguous requirements into structured, iterative technical solutions.
- Coordinate technical execution for major features and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
- Follow Salesforce best practices and ITIL and change-management processes related to solution delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and help strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Advanced English proficiency, including the ability to conduct meetings, negotiate, deliver training, and communicate effectively.
- Professional software engineering experience with demonstrated delivery of production systems.
- Experience with cloud development using AWS.
- Expertise in Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD, TDD, DevSecOps, and Git.
- Experience building and integrating APIs, services, and data-driven applications.
- Ability to lead technical execution, resolve technical issues, collaborate globally, align stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL.
- Preferred experience with disaster recovery, risk management, global operations, multi-service integrations, enterprise system integration, or business-application data flows.
