Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, applications, workflows, integrations, business rules, Script Includes, REST APIs, UI components, and custom applications.
- Configure and extend Now Assist and develop AI agents and agentic workflows within ServiceNow.
- Build Graph RAG, Agentic RAG, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and graph-based retrieval and reasoning solutions.
- Develop AI-powered solutions and integrations using LangGraph, LangChain, Neo4j, LLMs, ServiceNow data, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Create intelligent agents that retrieve information, reason over enterprise data, use tools, and execute actions.
- Write clean, modular, scalable, testable Python and JavaScript code.
- Implement security, access controls, governance, monitoring, and testing for AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve solution performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and AI/ML engineers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer and knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Workflows, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow APIs, and custom applications.
- Experience configuring and extending Now Assist and developing or configuring ServiceNow AI agents.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector search, knowledge graphs, context management, and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience building Graph RAG solutions and Agentic RAG or Agentic AI architectures.
- Experience designing AI agents that reason, retrieve information, use tools, and execute actions.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph and strong experience with LangChain for LLM and RAG application development.
- Experience with Neo4j, knowledge graph concepts, graph-based retrieval, and reasoning workflows.
- Experience integrating LLMs and AI services with enterprise applications and data sources.
- Strong JavaScript skills in the ServiceNow context and strong Python skills for AI/GenAI integrations and backend development.
- At least 12 years of development experience.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow AI Search, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, Intelligent Automation, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, vector databases, semantic search, cloud platforms, microservices, enterprise integrations, and responsible AI.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
