Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing AI product experiences, including chatbot, embedded agent assistance, and in-product workflows.
- Define and implement patterns for expanding Maybern’s MCP and enabling agents to interact safely with company data.
- Build agentic reconciliation workflows such as automated spreadsheet reconciliation.
- Partner with product, domain experts, customers, and engineers to shape product direction and identify valuable agent applications.
- Advance agent capabilities for customer skills, multi-step tasks, unified agent sessions, and email-triggered workflows.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production software.
- Experience building agents, chatbots, MCPs, or other AI-powered product experiences.
- Ability to design complex software architectures and reason about data flows, dependencies, agent capabilities, and failure modes.
- Product-oriented mindset with an interest in understanding fund-accounting workflows and connecting technical decisions to customer value.
- Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and collaborate with product managers, engineers, domain experts, customers, and other stakeholders.
