Responsibilities
- Provide software support and document incoming service cases and solutions.
- Participate in international 24/7 on-call and 2nd-level support duties.
- Serve as service delivery manager for new and existing customers.
- Collaborate on software projects and perform international project commissioning and after-go-live support.
- Support existing customers using WCS and MFC systems.
- Develop software for WCS, MFC, and OFS systems, including PTL and PbV systems.
- Process change requests for existing customers.
Requirements
- Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd-level support.
- Strong service and customer orientation.
- Knowledge of automation environments, warehouse management systems, and logistics IT.
- Good written and spoken German and English.
- Experience with sophisticated software architectures.
- At least 3 years of professional Java software development experience is desirable.
- Confident use of Oracle databases.
- Willingness to travel.
