Responsibilities
- Apply software engineering and analytical skills as an individual contributor or project team member.
- Work in areas such as cloud platforms, big data platforms, and application development.
- Apply knowledge of structured programming, systems analysis and design, database design, and business concepts.
- Collaborate with a global Digital Technology and Data team and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Participate in supervision, mentorship, performance evaluation, learning events, leadership exposure, and networking activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursue a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with a major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, ML, Cybersecurity, Computing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Graduate with the degree in June 2026 and obtain institutional approval to complete a five- to six-month internship from early January through the end of June 2026.
- Demonstrate knowledge of basic structured programming, systems analysis and design, database design, and business concepts.
- Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, prioritization, problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Be geographically flexible and willing to work onsite multiple days per week at the Bengaluru Capability Center.
- Preferred qualifications include prior software engineering internship experience, commercial product software development experience, and experience with agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrate collaboration, verbal and written communication, and information research and gathering skills.
